yakutensis

As far as I can tell, this is how a yakutensis Willow Warbler should look like. Totally grey, very long-winged, nice prominent supercilium. Ringed it this morning at Ashdod among many trochilus and acredula.

        do you ever see or ring those Willos Ws which are not grey and white but upperparts are almost Dusky Warbler colour ? as the one we photographed last year with Martin in Linosa ?
        we call those birds yakutensis
